WTS WI Call for Volunteers - Ronald McDonald House Meal Prep November 10th!

Hello WTS Wisconsin Members,

WTS is looking for up to 8 volunteers to prepare a meal for 35 guests at the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in Madison. This event will be our second service project of the year – together we can make a big difference for our community!

At the event, we will prepare a meal from food provided by WTS (menu to be determined) in the RMHC commercial kitchen. RMHC staff will serve the meal at 6 PM. Date, time and location information is provided below. Additional details will be shared with the volunteers prior to the event.

All volunteers must review the Volunteer Health Screening in advance of the visit. It is required that you pass the screening questions the day you arrive at the House to volunteer. If you cannot pass the health screening you will not be able to volunteer until you are able to do so. Please also take a moment to review the Guidelines and Expectations for volunteer groups. This will provide helpful information for day-of logistics and tips for interacting with families at RMHC-Madison.
