Join WTS Wisconsin as we inspire the next generation of innovators at the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Badgerland STEMinist 2026 event!

This year’s STEMinist theme, "Turn Your Imagination into Innovation!", will bring together approximately 400 Girl Scouts and their caregivers for a day of hands-on STEM exploration. WTS Wisconsin will once again host an interactive transportation-focused activity, introducing participants to the exciting ways engineering, planning, and transportation shape our communities.

The event will be held at Madison College on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The expo-style format allows attendees to explore exhibits and activities throughout the day, spending 5–15 minutes at each station while engaging directly with STEM professionals.

We are seeking 6-10 volunteers to help represent WTS Wisconsin, facilitate activities, and share their experiences working in transportation. This is a unique opportunity to connect with young learners, encourage interest in STEM careers, and help demonstrate the many pathways available in transportation-related fields.

Whether you are an engineer, planner, scientist, technician, student, or transportation professional, your participation can make a lasting impact.
